पिछले 7 दिनों में कोरोना ने खुलकर अपने चरित्र को उजागर कर दिया . उसने कह दिया कि मेरा चरित्र भी वैसा ही है जैसा मेरे जन्मदाता चीन का है . जब मेरे कम होते एक्टिव केसों की संख्या देखकर आपको ऐसा लगता है कि मै किसी राज्य से भाग रहा हूँ तो मैं वास्तव में पीछे   हटकर आपके इत्मीनान और असावधान होने का इन्तजार कर रहा होता हूँ.जैसे ही आप मास्क लगाना बंद करते हैं, शादी की पार्टियां शुरू करते   हैं , ट्रेनों-बसों   में आना जाना और बाजारों में शाम बिताना शुरू करते हैं ,मैं   जाकर वापस आ जाता हूँ..मैं चीन की तरह उतने ही दिन दूर रहूंगा जबतक आप सजक और सतर्क रहेंगे और मुझे धकेलते-धकियाते रहेंगे . कोरोना ने झूठ नहीं बोला . देखिये बिहार में क्या हुआ.पिछले सप्ताह कुछ जब एक्टिव केसेस धीमे धीमे बढ़ने लगे तो लगा कि लोग इस दस्तक को सुनेंगे और सम्हल जाएँगे. पर जनता ने अपनी धुन में कोरोना के जाने का जश्न मनाना जारी रखा . शादी ब्याह की बारातें सजीं , बाहर से आना , मेल मिलाप सब कुछ दिल खोल के हुआ. नतीजा ये हुआ की पिछले सप्ताह कोरोना ,जो दबे पाँव आ रहा था इस सप्ताह तेज चाल से आने लगा. 4 जुलाई के 2881 केस 9 ज

प हले आप इस प्रश्न को समझें फिर इसके उत्तर पर आएँगे . आज तक के आंकड़ो के हिसाब से भारत में कोरोना के कुल 794842 मामले आज तक प्रकाश में आए हैं जिनमे   एक्टिव अर्थात इलाज में 277158 ,ठीक हो चुके रोगी यानि रिकवर्ड केस   495960   और मृत रोगी 21623 हैं. इस प्रकार   रेकवर्ड केसों को संख्या 495960 है जो कुल मामलों की संख्या का 62.39 %   . इसे रिकवरी रेट कहा जाता है. अब आप ये सवाल उठा सकते हैं कि   अभी तो सिर्फ 495960 + 21623= 517583 लोगों के इलाज का ही अंतिम फैसला हुआ है , कि   कोरोना संक्रमण के बाद ये   ज़िंदा बचे या मर गए . इस हिसाब से तो , जो 495960 ज़िंदा बचे लोग हैं वे कुल फैसला हुए केसेज का 96% हैं . बाकी भी इसी 96% की दर से आज न कल , स्वस्थ हो ही जाएंगे   . फिर भी सरकार रिकवरी रेट की गणना फैसला हो चुके केसों के आधार पर न करके कुल केसों के आधार पर क्यों कर रही है .सरकार रिकवरी रेट को 96% न मानकर 62 %   क्यों मान रही है ? अब आप सवाल समझ गए होंगे . अब इसका जवाब ढूँढते है. रिकवरी रेट का उपयोग हमें आगे की योजना बनाने के लिए करना है न कि आज तक की उपलब्धि पर खुश होने के लिए .अगर

When a person gets infected he becomes capable to infect others from the next day.  But he starts infecting others after 4 -5 days when he starts sneezing and coughing.  On 8th day he gets hospitalized.  So from 4 th day to 8th day he spreads infection. So every patient spreads infection for 4 days.  How many persons get infected from him? On an average? In India? No data  Can this data be extracted out of the daily C-19 data?  Let’s try ! But wait!  What is the use of knowing this ? Let me tell you!  If you divide the number of infected persons by the total number of contacted persons, you will come to know the probability of your infection when you come in contact with an infected person.  Not clear? Let me elaborate with an example :  If one infected person is meeting 5 persons everyday he will meet total 7x5=35 persons till he reached hospital on his 8th day of getting infected. Covid -19 is maintaining unpredictability.Mainly due to irregular human activities. Some states who once had got a peak of active cases and number of active cases  started falling thereafter, suddenly faced arrival of infected  people from other parts and their pattern changed. So while there were 14 states in my list of best performers during previous review, this week I have only 10 in my list. However, I will also discuss the failure of states this week who had performed well during previous week. ( English translation available  at the bottom) कोरोना से सम्बंधित अनेक जानकारिया रोज अखबारों में दी जाती हैं.  आप ये जानने को उत्सुक हैं कि इस समय मेरे शहर में लगभग कितने लोग इधर -उधर घूम  बे- फिकर घूम रहे हैं जिन्हें संक्रमण  है  और जिनसे मुझे बच के रहना है . भारत सरकार की वेबसाइट www.covid19india.org पर कुछ आंकड़े हैं .  इनमे सबसे पहले आज तक कुल संक्रमितों की संख्या दी   रहती है. यह आपके काम की नहीं    क्योंकि  इसमे वो लोग भी शामिल हैं जो ठीक हो चुके हैं या जिनका देहांत हो चुका है . फिर यह बताया जाता है की  आज कितने एक्टिव  यानि सक्रिय केस है . पर यह भी आपके काम का  नहीं क्योकि ये लोग तो पहले से ही अस्पतालों में पहुच चुके हैं और इनसे संक्रमण का अब कोई खतरा नहीं . फिर ये दिया रहता है की अबतक कितने  लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं और कितने मर चुके हैं . इससे भी आपको उस सवाल का जवाब नहीं मिलता जो आप जानना चाह  रहे है . उसका सीधा तरीका मैं बताता हूँ .आप जो जानना चाहते है वो जवाब इन्ही आंकड़ो में छुपा है पर आपको एक ट्रिक का उपयोग करना होगा जो मैं बता रहा हूँ . सबसे पहले आप पिछले ७ दिन के आंकड़े देखकर ह

On 20-6-20 we had taken stock of all Indian States to see their performance in fighting against Covid 19, in my bog titled कोरोना कबतक । At   that time, 9 states were showing very good tendency of recovery from Covid 19.. Other 7 states were chosen as likely to   show good result in the coming week. Today ie on 28-6-20 I made a review of these 9   good and 7 emerging good states and found that : Out of 9 good looking states, only 5 could show improvement during this review week .Other 3 showed slight deterioration from their earlier performance while 1 showed complete worsening of its condition. Out of 7 promising states, 3 showed real improvement, 1 showed slight worsening and 3 showed gross worsening. However, the good thing that came up is that 6 new states emerged as good performers. So, I will now give you the account of top 5+3+6= Top 14 best performing states and also details of those states who showed minor and major deterioration in their earlier observed perform

आपको ये जान कर काफी खुशी होगी कि   130 करोड़ की आबादी वाले इस देश मे 9 राज्य / केशाप्र   ऐसे हैं जहां कोरोना उलटे पाँव   लौट रहा है और लोग वहाँ पुरानी खुशियों के दहलीज पर खड़े हैं। आइए हम आपको उन राज्यों के नाम बताएं   : सबसे पहले आता है छत्तीसगढ़ .   यहाँ नए केस जितनी तेजी से आ रहे है उससे ज्यादा   तेजी से पुराने लोग स्वस्थ   होकर घर जा रहे हैं ।   लगभग 3 .22 करोड़ -की कुल आबादी   वाले इस राज्य मे   अबतक 2134 मामले आए  हैं   जिनमे केवल 755 ही आज की तारीख मे   ऐक्टिव है । मृत्यु का प्रतिशत बहुत कम है । आज तक जिन केसों का फैसला हो चुका है( यानि या तो मरीज स्वस्थ हो गए या मर गए) उनमे बचनेवालों की संख्या 1368 है   और मरनेवालों की संख्या 11 है   । यानि बीमार लोगों मे 99 % बच जा रहे हैं   और 1 प्रतिशत मर जा रहे हैं   । किसी बीमारी के लिए ,जिसमे न दवा ईजाद हुई हो न वैक्सीन विकसित हुई हो, 99% लोगों को बचा   लेना वहाँ के प्रशासन , मेडिकल टीम और सबसे ऊपर जनता के सराहनीय प्रयास को दिखाता है . साथ ही , अन्य परिस्थितियाँ जैसे मेहनती लोग,खुली
